Joy Tengonciang Memoriam
Tengonciang
Joy Tengonciang, 67, formerly of Bear, DE, passed away on January 19, 2013, in San Ramon, California.
Joy was the beloved wife of Hermes Tengonciang for 40 years, the mother of Michelle and Jayson, and the grandma of Tyler and Lia.
Joy was born on April 4, 1945 in the Phillipines as 1 of 7 children. She moved to Delaware and resided there for 35 years, where she worked as a forensic chemist and retired serving the Delaware State Police.
She was an active parishioner and eucharistic minister at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.
A private mass will be held with family in Los Angeles, California.

Hermes,
Joy was a dear, dear person and will be sadly missed. We were so happy for the 2 of you on your retirements and move to CA to be by your children and grandchildren - what a hard decision that was to make. It is comforting to know that your family is by your side to support you right now.
Joy was a friend, a co-worker, and such a blessing to us all. She left a little bit of herself back in DE for sure.
