Judith Butterly Obituary
AGE: 58 • MILFORD
Judith E. (Kardos) Butterly passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Bayhealth/Milford Memorial Hospital.
Judith was born in Vienna, Austria, daughter of the late Istvan and Ildiko (Harsanyi) Kardos. She was raised in Europe and moved to the United States in 1987. She always enjoyed the chance to travel back to the places she loved while growing up.
She was an administrative assistant with Delaware Technical and Community College, Terry Campus and had previously worked with Read Aloud Delaware and Allied Health.
Judith enjoyed going to the beach and traveling. She especially loved the time spent on adventures with her two girls.
Judith is survived by her two daughters; Elizabeth Butterly, of Milford, and Alexandra Butterly, of Philadelphia; a sister, Sarah Rainey; and two brothers, John Kardos and Stephen Kardos.
Arrangements in the care of Berry-Short Funeral Home, Milford. Services will be held privately.
Contributions in memory of Judith can be made to the Tunnell Cancer Center, 18947 John J. Williams Highway, Suite #101, Rehoboth Beach, Del 19971.

Judith was a neighbor, a fellow DTCC employee, a member of our cancer support group and a friend. She was a real trouper and a phenomenal individual. I will truly miss her.
