Karen Weatherlow Obituary
Bellefonte - Age 49, passed away peacefully at home on September 22, 2018.
Born in Wilmington, DE on December 11, 1968, she was the daughter of the late Bruce and Jean (nee Healey) Blankenhorn. Karen was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Karen was an avid gardener.
She is survived by her loving husband, Brian; children, Amanda, Jeffery, LeAnne, and Hailey; and 5 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 415 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I just found out of Karen's passing. I loved her and she was such a good friend to me and my family. I pray that the Good Lord comforts you in your loss. She was such a devoted wife and mother and a tremendously generous friend. She will be missed!

Dear Brian, I worked with Jean Blankenhorn and it has been a while since I saw you folks. However I look forward to seeing you and your family tomorrow night at Karen's service. When Karen had a Baby Shower for Amanda before HaiIey was born, I arrived a day or two early (!*&^#). Karen was so precious, and gracious to me . . . . . . . She called Jean and Jean came over and we visited comfortably (even tho Karen had mega preparations to make for the shower). Your love and support of your dear family through thick and through thin is divine . I only know that if you ask God for strength, he will give it to you.
