AGE: 66 • Bridgeville

Mark F. Williams, age 66, of Bridgeville, DE passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at home.

Mark was born on July 13, 1951 in Milford Hospital to the late Harold P and Roberta Messick Williams. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother H. P. Williams.

He was a graduate of Bridgeville High School in 1969. He worked for Penco/Kenco for 41 years before retiring. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Laurel.

Mark is survived by his wife of 44 years, Kathleen Gum Williams, his sister-in-law Ginny Williams his niece, Heather Griffith (Mike), his brother-in-law, Jack Gum (Sara), sisters-in-law, Janet Moore and Peggy Gum. He is also survived by his special friend and cousin, Craig Banks and many nephews, nieces and cousins.

Funeral Services will be on Friday, September 8th at 2 PM at Christ Lutheran Church, 315 N. Shipley St, Seaford, where friends may call from 1 to 2. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 32827 Old Stage Rd, Laurel, DE 19956 or the Tunnel Cancer Center, 18947 John J. Williams Hwy. Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
