Matthew Ayars Obituary
Matthew Ayars, 21, of Wilmington, DE, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 22, 2012.
Matthew was a graduate of Middletown High School, class of 2009, and attended both Delaware State University and Delaware Technical & Community College. He was an avid music fan and enjoyed composing and playing a variety of instruments.
Matthew is survived by his parents, Sheila (Malone) Kreer and Brian Ayars and his girlfriend, Karen Puckham; his grandparents, Dee and Paul Malone; his sister, Lea Ayars; his brother, Cody Kreer; his uncles, Craig Malone, Dan Ayars and wife, Milissa and their daughter, Kate and Glenn Ayars; his aunt, Debbie Hammond; and his cousin, Bill Ayars.
Matthew was predeceased by his uncle, Kent Ayars; his stepfather, Pat Kreer; and his grandparents, O. Kent Ayars and G. Jeanette Ayars Thomas.
A celebration of Matthew's life will be held privately.

Dear Sheila, Leah, Cody, Brian,
I am so very sorry to learn of Matthew's passing. He was a loving, good-natured, caring young man. I always loved seeing him come my way, whether he was coming because he needed my help or "just stopping by to say hi."
His smile was the absolute best reflection of all of the goodness that he had inside.
I'm so sorry for your loss. I know that God has wrapped his arms around you, as he did Matthew as you weather this storm.
