Molca Budin Obituary
Passed away on January 3, 2015. She was born at Physicians and Surgeons Hospital, the first hospital in Wilmington. The hospital is now apartments and is at N. Adams and 8th Streets.
Predeceased by her son, Eric M. Budin, a Vietnam Veteran, Molca is survived by her daughter, Marianne J. Bennett Budin; son, H. Marshall Budin and his wife; and two granddaughters.
Retired from the DuPont Company's Experimental Station, she was a docent at Hagley Museum for 25 years, traveled extensively and enjoyed many classes at the Academy of Life Long Learning. She was witty, well-informed, sincere and a beautiful woman.
A gathering of friends and loved ones to honor Molca's life is planned for Sunday afternoon, January 11, 2015. Please contact Marianne Budin at (415) 297-5103 or [email protected] for location and directions.
Donations in Molca's memory may be made to The Kutz Home, Lorelton Assisted Living or Arden Guild Hall.
