Muriel M. DeManicor, age 82 of Alva, FL, formerly of Wilmington, DE passed away Friday, April 27, 2005, while under the compassionate care of Hope Hospice.
Muriel was born April 25, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Fredrick and Marion (Hults) Niebour. She was a member of Alva United Methodist Church and served as the "Sunshine Lady" for Oak Park Village.
Muriel is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, George L. DeManicor of Alva; 2 brothers, Fred and Carl Nie-bour, both of Alva; a sister, Yvonne Cheeseman of Free-land, PA; and sister-in-law, Mary DeManicor of Hazleton, PA.
A memorial service to celebrate her life was held 10 am Wednesday, May 4, at the Alva United Methodist Church. Cremation arrangements by
