Paul Antonio Rizzi

Paul Antonio Rizzi, age 20, of Wilmington, DE went home to be with the Lord suddenly on Saturday, February 9, 2008.

Paul loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a 2005 graduate of Howard High School of Technology. Following graduation Paul worked at Bath, Kitchen and Tile. He enjoyed playing soccer and was an avid sports fan. Paul was a member of First Baptist Church.

Paul is survived by his parents, Luigi "Gino" Rizzi, Jr. and Nancy Merrill Rizzi; brothers, David W. Merrill and William F. Merrill and his wife, Christina; sister, Deena R. Rizzi; paternal grandmother, Carmela Rizzi and the late Luigi Rizzi Sr.; maternal grandmother, Mary E. Merrill and the late Horace F. Merrill; fiancée, Amanda E. Coppola; uncles, Vincent and Vito Rizzi, Michael Merrill; aunts, Maria Rizzi, Karen Dolan, Janice Pawlowski, Donna Merrill Teder, Joanne Schneider; nephew, Teagan Keller Merrill and niece Kaila Baker; and a host of loving aunts and uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2008 in the Strano & Feeley Family Funeral Home, 635 Churchmans Rd., Newark, DE 19702 from 6-8 pm and again on Friday, Feb. 15 from 10-11 am followed by a service in celebration of Paul's Life at 11 am. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery.
