Ramadan Kareem Dorsey- Bey, age 25, passed away suddenly on February 10, 2008.
Ramadan was preceded in death by his father, Perry E. Matthews El; grandparents, Charles R. and Helena Dorsey; aunt, Greta Dorsey; and uncle, Ronald Dorsey. He is survived by his daughter who he absolutely adored and loved, Samyya Dorsey; his devoted mother, Pamela Dorsey Matthews; 5 sisters, Kalimah and Helena Matthews, Gloria Brown, Aaisha Muhammad and Deirdre Jackson; 6 brothers, Jonathan Dorsey, Malik and Rahim Matthews, Perry Urquhart, Isaiah and Olufemi Muhammad; grandfather, Jesse Lawson; special aunt Deborah Dorsey; 2 beloved nieces, Ameil a.k.a. "Goldie" Anderson and Shyair a.k.a "Cookie"; his loving and close cousins, Jerome, Darnell, Gabriel, Latoya Dorsey; close friend of the family, John Muhammad; loving fiancé, Jayme Rae Richards; The Purple Label and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family would like to especially thank Brother Rash for his guidance, support and expresses deep gratitude to all who continue to provide comfort and support during their time of sorrow.
His Janazah was held on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at Haven Memorial Cemetery in Chester, PA.
