Tammy Lynn Douglas-Krzewinski, age 45, of Newark, DE, passed away after a courageous five year battle against cancer. Tammy was a strong, independent woman who was fiercely supportive of her family. She loved spending time on and around the ocean and especially enjoyed going on whale watches. Tammy was a shopper and loved picking out jewelry. She liked spending time watching movies, coloring and winning at cards. Her vibrant personality will be missed.
Tammy is survived by her husband, John Krzewinski; sons: Stephen Douglas (Dianne), Jeremy Douglas, and Tyler Douglas.; grandson, Barrett Douglas; and mother Geraldine Mueller. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Shipp.

I am so sorry, I only heard of this now. I was good friends with Tammy years ago. Remember her dear Mom, brother and kids. Sorry to heAr of your loss. She was a good friend and mother. Mostly I remember Steven, when he was little to pre teen. Nice, cute, smart kid. Bet he's doing well.

My dear friend Tammy!!!! It has been over ten years since we have spoken. Just heard the news today that you had passed. Feels unreal!!!!! I often wondered how you were throughout the years. We were like sisters at one time, yes we were both messed up at times but deep down we are both good people. We were just confused young ladies growing into the women we were meant to be!!! I guess you had remarried. A very late congratulations but congratulations!!!! If I know you, you are watching over those sons of yours and will always be they're guardian angel!!!! My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
