Timothy Bisson Obituary
Timothy Patrick Bisson, age 24, passed away suddenly in his home on January 4, 2013. Tim was born on May 31, 1988, in Wilmington, Delaware, to Nancy and Harold ("Butch") Bisson, III. He attended A.I. DuPont High School, where he started on the varsity wrestling team for four years, graduating with then unprecedented career record of 118 match victories and 28 defeats. After high school, Tim was employed with Griffith Roofing and Waterproofing for six years.
Tim was an intense and calculating competitor, dependable and loyal, scrappy yet kind. He had a keen wit, and was known for his tremendous heart. He will be sorely missed by his parents, Nancy and Butch, brother Michael(Kristin Brewer), sister Lauren (Smith) Haines, brother-in-law Kevin, niece Callie Rae, paternal grandparents Harold and Joan, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, coaches and friends, all of whom loved him dearly. Tim was predeceased by his beloved maternal grandmother, Georgeanna McCormick.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 4th & Bancroft Parkway Wilmington, on Saturday, January 12th at 11am., where visitation will be held in the church beginning at 9am. Burial will be held privately with the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Tim Bisson Scholarship Fund, administered by the Delaware Wrestling Alliance, 153 Belmont Ave. Smyrna, DE 19977.

Our sons have been friends since middle school. I've always remembered Tim as one of the boys that shaved his head in 8th grade. What fine young men they all turned out to be. I know Nathan is devastated. Please know that you are in my heart and prayers.

It's really hard to put thoughts into words when you have no clue as to what to say or think TIm was a great man that had a wonderful future ahead of him that we had all planned to be part of, but things don't always work the way they should. In due time we will be reunited and then we can reminisce together. Until then we keep the memories alive.
