Tina Porto Obituary
AGE: 58 • Wilmington
Tina M. Porto, age 58, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on September 13, 2014 from cardiac arrest. Tina worked in the banking industry for 25 years and was a longtime fan of Elvis and The Wizard of OZ. She enjoyed collecting memorabilia from both. In her spare time before falling ill, Tina enjoyed helping others, especially the elderly. She would have wanted to be remembered as the loving and caring matriarch of her younger siblings and family.
Tina is survived by her loving husband, Richard Porto; children: Bruce E. Osborne, Jr., Angela S. White, Tiffany Porto, and Matthew Porto; grandchildren: Alyssa V. White, and Eddie, Maxwell, and Savannah Osborne; siblings: Maurice A. Sizemore, Frances A. Card, Pete A. Cerroni, Georgianna Elshennawy, Frank Cerroni, Shirley Cerroni Turner, and Christopher Cerroni. She was preceded in death by Frank and Doris (Beavers) Cerroni; sister, Virginia Lort; and brother, Alphonse F. Cerroni.
A visitation will be held from 9:30-11:00 AM on Friday, September 19, 2014 in the Strano & Feeley Family Funeral Home, 635 Churchmans Road, Newark, DE 19702 followed by a service celebrating Tina's life beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
