Beverly Joyce Carr

Beverly Joyce Carr, age 72, passed away on September 9, 2023, at her home in Drexel Hill, PA. Beverly was raised in Wallingford, PA, and was a graduate of Sun Valley High School. Prior to her retirement, she worked as an administrative assistant for Congoleum and then State Farm. Beverly was an avid Philadelphia sports fan. She also enjoyed spending time with the Red Hat Society and spending time with her family. Above all else, Beverly loved her grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with them. Beverly was the daughter of the late Reese and Lorraine Ardes, and sister of the late Harry Ardes. Survivors: Loving Husband: Thomas F. Carr, Sr. Son: Thomas F. Carr, Jr. (Kimberly). Grandchildren: Julianna, Ava, and Matthew Carr. Siblings: Jean Allen (John), Nancy McGinley (Daniel), Reese Ardes, Bonnie Moore (Timothy), and John Ardes (Tamatha). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation: Monday, September 18, 2023, 10:00am-11:30am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA 19014. Funeral Service: Monday, September 18, 2023, at 11:30am at the funeral home. Burial: Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
