Carl D. Frisby, 74 Air Force Vet Carl D. Frisby, 74, passed into peace on October 19, 2011 at Kent General Hospital in Dover, DE. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth Frisby and the son of the late Charles and Inez Frisby. He was pre-deceased by siblings Richard and William Frisby and grandmother Helen Frisby. Survivors: Siblings James M. Frisby and Shirley J. Stanley (Alfred); oldest niece Yasmin B. Gerst; dear friends Kathy and Henry Keen; brother-in-law Nathaniel Thomas; a host of other relatives and friends.
