Miss Rose was a great gym teacher. I had her for my teacher in Junior High and she was always smiling and so nice to everyone. She made school fun. She will be missed by many of her former students. May she be resting in peace.

What a fantastic woman/teacher/mentor she was! So many of us have vivid, wonderful memories of her teaching or coaching...what a tribute to her for being such a positive role model for so many! I've told our daughters all about the dances she taught us in phys. ed. classes. They were fun! Miss. Rose was a caring, approachable teacher and coach and she was always smiling and ready to support everyone. She was one of the absolute best teachers and coaches I've had. Marple Newtown and all of her students were extremely fortunate to have been touched by the amazing Miss. Rose. Much love to all her family and friends and may she rest in peace.

Loved loved loved our dear Miss Rose our junior high physical ed teacher. As an adult I would love running into her and she always remembered everyone´s name. We all looked forward to the gym show where we could perform our choreographed line dances. Even though his was way back in 1964, I still perform EVERY step whenever I hear "king of the road". Rest In Peace dear Miss Rose. You were loved.

I was a student of Miss Rose's in the '60's. I remember her as having such a positive attitude and a great sense of humor. She instilled in me a love for dancing. My sincere condolences to her family.
