I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the family of Eileen Carroll, I was a young nurse back in 1976 and was blessed to be appointed to work middle shift with Eileen. She was a true mentor to me and made such an impression on my life as a person, mother and a nurse. (Eileen, I have never forgot you and you will always hold a special place in my heart thank you and Rest in Peace).
Love.
Carol
