Inta K. Grasis

Inta K. Grasis (nee Cubins), 87, of Folcroft, PA died on March 3rd, 2017. Born in Daugavpils, Latvia, Inta and her twin brother Margers came to the United States in 1950. Predeceased by her husband Ernests, she is survived by her daughters, Ligita Boyer (Edwin), Gundega Ciafre, and Sylvia Grasis (Donna Love). She was the proud grandmother of Ed, Jenn, AJ, Tiffany and Nick and great grandmother of Eddie, Erin, Christopher, Alex, Justin, and Keira. She enjoyed gardening and flowers and was also a fan of the casinos and the lottery. After retiring from insurance, she became an Avon Lady and won many awards. She was currently still selling Avon to her family and neighbors. Relatives and friends are invited for visitation on Friday, March 10th at 10:30am, followed by a church service at 11:30am at the Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. John located at 301 N. Newtown Street Road (Route 252), Newtown Square, PA 19073. In lieu of flowers, donations in Inta’s name can be made to the Latvian Church.
