Today my brother flew back to California after being home for dad's funeral. Now it's just my husband and I. I'm an orphan who was the parent of my parents for several years. And I will always treasure those years immensely. I miss you dad and mom. Love, Marykay

To The McCaughan Family,
My deepest sympathies on the loss of your dad. I knew both of your parents as very nice, fun people though it's been many years. I am sorry I can't be in Collingdale to pay my respects but you are all in my thoughts and prayers. MaryElizabeth Gaudioso Newcomb

Our deepest sympathies go out to Jim's family and friends. Jim was a very good friend to my Great Uncle Albert (Binnie) Degutis, he would stop in to see him everyday. Jim will be missed by many. I would also like to thank him for his service to his community and country.

To the McCaughan Family,
Deepest heartfelt sympathies. I knew Jim when he worked for Septa. I used to stand on the platform and talk to him until my trolley came. He used to come into my Parent's Store - Winner Variety. I used to run into him here and there and at funeral homes assisting with parking the cars. He told me "When you get married you let me know and I'm going to be your limo driver". We got married 11/24/07 and he picked us up and drove us to Coll#2 Hall for our wedding. He came to our wedding for a while too and took us back home after. He was a wonderful man and I'm sorry I didn't get to come and visit him lately like I had wanted to. Sounds like he was having a nice time with his family before passing so that's what counts. I was so shocked when I saw his obit in the paper yesterday. We will meet you on Saturday. Again Deepest Sympathies to all.
