Meghan Moran Obituary

Meghan K. Moran, 28 of Ridley Twp., Swarthmore, PA., died Friday June 28,2013
Born in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of Joseph and Maureen (Ward) Moran.
She was an EMT and Firefighter, employed by Garden City Fire Co. Meghan was a loving and caring person who enjoyed animals and fishing.
Meghan was predeceased by her maternal grandfather Thomas Ward and her paternal grandparents Jack and Rose Moran
She is survived by her daughter, Haley Moran; her father, Joseph Moran; her mother, Maureen (nee Ward) Moran; her sisters, Kayla Moran and Stephanie Moran; her maternal grandmother, Kathleen Ward; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Mass: Tuesday at 11:00 am at Notre Dame de Lourdes Church, Fairview Rd. & Michigan Ave., Swarthmore.
Visitation: Tuesday from 9-11 am at Notre Dame de Lourdes.
Burial: Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to Haley Moran Education Fund, C/O Franklin Mint, 245 Mac Dade Blvd., Folsom, PA 19033.

I had the pleasure if helping Meghan while she was a student here at Kaplan(CHI). I found her to be lovely, polite and so sweet. I am heart broken to hear of her passing, I know she had a lot of struggles, but she also had a wonderful heart! I pray she is at peace, and that God watches over her parents, daghter and family,

May God be with your family at this very difficult time. Meghan was an amazingly beautiful spirit that brought a smile and a sense of light to everyone that had the honor of knowing her. Her daughter Haley was her whole world, a day did not go by that she didn't share pictures or the latest Haley story with everyone she came in contact with.... She was a very proud Mother, and such a loving and giving person. She will be so missed by all. I am privileged for getting to be in her presence for as long as I was. Rest in peace sweet Meghan.... Until we meet again, enjoy the time you now have to be with your Grandpop once again. ?
