I´ve tried to write something several times, but it always ends up looking like something about me more than Mike. In the end, no one can go back in time or truly understand what a compassionate and loyal man Mike was to me. I met Mike when we were in the second grade and it has been an eventful journey ever since. After moving away for middle and high school, when we reconnected after I graduated, it was like I came home and nothing changed between us. I could write pages of my fondest memories, and the impact Mike had in my life. We went through some good and bad times, and I could always count on him no matter what.
This is truly a time that is difficult to comprehend. Mike was like my brother to me, and he was there in important parts of my life. I will truly miss him, and I can only hope that he understood what he truly meant to me.
I pray for Mike´s family and friends during this extremely difficult time. No doubt we will meet again, and we can reminisce, laugh and cry. You´ll always remain in my life and I´ll always miss you brother.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I may not have spoken to Mike in many, many years, I do recall the first time we met. And the result of the meeting led to a chance encounter with my Joe Pearlingi. I give my sympathy to the family and holding you in my prayers. RIP - Mike. Hugs and love to all who have the memories.
