Received her early education through the Chester Upland School District. Whylisha was employed by the McDonalds Corporation and KFC Corporation for many years. Whylisha was a very loving and caring person. She would give you her last, if you needed it. She was the rock that held her siblings together. She was a very caring aunt and loved her devoted grandmother with whom she conversed often. Everyone who knew her had nothing but love for her. Her mother knew at that age of 3 years old that Whylisha was a special child.
