DELAWARE - Norma Elizabeth DeVictor, 95, of Delaware and formerly of the Ashley area departed earth on Monday, July 7, 2014.
She leaves her husband, the love of her life and soul mate Norman DeVictor, her three sons and daughters-in-law Rodger (Sue), Richard (Nancy), Steve (Carol), numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and last but not least Jackie, her Jack Russell Terrier.
In keeping with her wishes services will not be observed. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center in Delaware.
