DELAWARE — Todd L. Munday, 50, of Mechanicsburg, for the past two years, and formerly of Delaware, where he had lived the majority of his life, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
He was born on June 27, 1965 in Delaware, son of the late Harold L. Munday and Sandra Barrows of Delaware. He attended Hayes High School in Delaware. He had been employed for a number of years with the Local Sheet Metal Worker's Union No. 24, as a fabricator. He also lived in Florida for a number of years. He was a member of the O.V.K.A. He enjoyed his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and especially liked anything with four wheels and a motor, and loved racing them.
He will be remembered and cherished by his surviving family: one son, Chaz Munday of Delaware; one daughter, Amber Munday of Centerburg; his mother, Sandra Barrows of Delaware; two brothers, H. Bud Munday (Connie) of Ashley and Michael Ball (Heather) of Delaware; stepmother, Helen Munday of Florida; one sister, Mary Belle Anderson; one sister-in-law, Carol Munday; one niece and nephew, Taylor and Jared Ball.
Preceding him in death was his father, Harold L. Munday; two brothers, John and Rodney Munday; his grandmother, Mabel Blackburn; and aunt, Mary Fraley.
Friends may call for two hours on Monday, Jan. 25, 2016 from 5 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 7 p.m., at the Eastside Mission Church, 32 Joy Ave., Delaware, with the Rev. Donnie B. Akers, pastor, officiating.
