HENRY FONATINE Obituary

Henry Thomas Fontaine, 65, of Salisbury died Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010, at his residence.
Born in Westover, he was the son of the late Samuel C. Fontaine and Beulah M. Shreeves Fontaine.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1965-1967. He was a member of New Hope Outreach Church in Fruitland, where he served as a trustee and the Pastor's Steward.
Henry was employed by Campbell Soup Co. as a data processor until 1993. His memberships included the American Legion Spirit of Democracy Post 145, Queen City Lodge 1051 and the Veterans of Foreign War Post 10159.
Cherished and loving memories will remain with his wife, Lessie R. Fontaine; two sons, Carlos L. Fontaine, Salisbury and Larry Williams, Hattiesburg, Miss.; three brothers, Alfred Fontaine, Philadelphia, and Charles and James Fontaine, both of Princess Anne; one sister, Esther A. Fontaine, Fruitland; one uncle, Otho (Emma) Shreeves, Westover; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws and friends.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Garfield White, and two sisters, Beulah Bounds and Evelena Marshall.
He will lie in repose Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the Lewis N. Watson Funeral Home PA, 1618 West Road, Salisbury and Saturday from noon-1 p.m. at First Baptist Church, corner of Delaware Avenue and Booth Street, Salisbury. The Queen City Lodge 1051 will perform ceremonial rites Friday at 7 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church. Interment will be in John Wesley United Methodist Church Cemetery, Westover.
