Salisbury - Kevin Wayne Wagner, 55, of Salisbury passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021. Born January 26, 1966 in Salisbury he was the son of the late Vernon and Joyce Hales Wagner.

Kevin loved cooking, hunting, fishing, and everything outdoors. He was known for having a green thumb and growing the most beautiful plants. He had a strong love of rock music and attending concerts. Kevin had a kind heart, loved his family, and would give you the shirt of his back if you needed it.

He is survived by his four siblings, Barry Wagner, Marian Kelley and her husband Charles, Brian Wagner, and Deana Williams and her husband Darin; nieces and nephews, Richard Davey, Kayla Raposa, Christine Collins, Cory Wagner, Brandy Jones, Mandy Jones, Brett Williams, and Madison Williams. He was preceded in death by his brother Vernon Jay Wagner.

A Celebration of Kevin's Life will be held Saturday at 11 am at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will follow in Smullen Cemetery.
