Otis L. Krauch

Willards-Otis L. Krauch, 73, of Willards formerly of Selbyville and Easton, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Friday, June 24, 2016. Born on March 14, 1943 he was the son of the late William John Krauch and Gertrude Isabel Kirby.

Mr. Krauch worked in the construction business for many years and was a US Army veteran. He married his beloved wife, Darlene, and in September they would have celebrated 50 years. He was a loving husband, father, father-in-law and brother.

He loved to read, fish, gamble, go to the horse races, and spend time outdoors. He was always working on a building project or helping his son-in-law on the farm. Although he was quite accident-prone, it provided many funny stories over the years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Michael Rene Barnes and her husband, David; siblings, William, Jr. (Maxine), Ronald (Marilyn), Carolyn (Johnny), Michael (Susan), Barry, Sherry (John), Joseph and Dennis (Charlene); sister and brothers in law, Dottie Taylor, Robin Tyler, Pam Ginneman, Ed Tyler, Brad Taylor and Cheri. He is also survived by his fur babies, Harley, Blackie and Gray.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Minette M., Lorraine K., Wayne A., Timothy C. and Kenneth and a grand fur baby, Uncas.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
