Whitney Bennett Obituary
DELMAR — Whitney Lynn Bennett, 23, of Delmar died in December 2010. Born in Seaford, she was a daughter of Franklin and Robin Bennett. She was a homemaker, attended Delmar High School, and was a mother of three.
In addition to her parents, Whitney was survived by her children, Brian and Aaliyah Tanner of Laurel and Jayla Koole of Preston, Md.; three sisters, Christina Bounds of Salisbury, Michelle Fothergill of Delmar and Jamie Bennett of Delmar; a grandmother, Shirley James of Hebron; a grandfather, Kenneth Bennett Sr. of Delmar; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, William Bounds; her stepgrandfather, Cody James; and her grandmother, Margaret Bennett.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 4 p.m. in Nelson Methodist Church in Hebron. Pastor Jim Riley will officiate. Donations in Whitney's memory can be sent to the education fund for her three children, c/o Michelle Bramble, Hebron Savings Bank, 415 E. Carroll St., Salisbury, Md. 21804.

I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Whitney, but it never seems right when someone so young, with so much left to do is taken from us. Take comfort in knowing she is in His kingdom, and that she lives on in your hearts and in her three precious children. May God bless you and make you strong for them.
