I have know Billy all his life. Always a quiet , shy kid when we were kids but fun. I am so very sad for his family’s loss. He was so loved by his mom and dad. God bless. I am so glad to have known him.

When I was young, my sister came home with a young man that was nicknamed Wink. He had gorgeous long hair and he sat down and let Peggy's little sister comb the tangles out of it and watch wrestling on tv. Then as time went on they took me to see those wrestlers at the civic center when they came. He would spend time with her little sister playing video games and took me for my only motorcycle ride ever. He even dressed up as Santa one year to bring my Christmas presents. During those years he was my hero. Time went on that little girl grew up and he became Billy. But he was still always there, to help if needed, to talk to , to laugh with to give a hug if needed. Billy, you will be missed. Thank you for being my hero, my brother in law, my friend.
