Linda R. Suever

LINDA R. SUEVER Linda R. Suever, age 96, of Delphos, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2025, at Mercy Health St. Rita's.   She was born October 24, 1928, in Fort Jennings to the late Leo and Elizabeth (Ellerbrock) Suever.   Linda is survived by her nieces, nephews and caregivers, Deb(Dan) Pothast, Tracey(Jim) Grothouse, Sue Hawk. Her many other nieces and nephews; Vickie Richards, Marlene Brand, Dan Youngpeter, Tim Youngpeter, Cindy Mohler, Scott(Pam) Suever, Bill Suever and Ray Grover, Kelly(Mark) Hackworth, Herb Suever, Larry Suever, Gary Suever, and her sister-in-law Joan Minnig.   She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas Suever, Leonard(Ruby) Suever, and Herbert(Joyce) Suever; a sister, Dorothy(Albert) Youngpeter, nieces; Theresa Youngpeter and Cindy Youngpeter, and nephew John Hawk.   Linda was a 1946 graduate of Delphos St. John's. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She was retired from Delphos Vision, where she had worked for 66 years. She considered all of her coworkers there her extended family. Linda was an avid bingo player. She also enjoyed watching sporting events, especially the Cleveland teams and The Ohio State Buckeyes.   A Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 10, 2025, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Fort Jennings.   Visitation will be from 2:00- 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth St., Delphos, where a Parish Wake Service will be held at 4:45 p.m.  Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John's Parish Foundation.  Online condolences may be shared at www.weberfh.net
