James Hunter Obituary
Visitation will be today, Wednesday July 20, 2016, beginning at 11 o'clock at Baca's Funeral Chapels and the funeral service will follow there at 2 o'clock this afternoon. The rite of interment and committal will follow at Mountain View Cemetery. Dale Bittle will officiate.
Jim was born April 19, 1937 to Lottie New and Albert Hunter in Thatcher, Arizona. He was an area resident for many years and was locally affiliated with Tilden Tool Company for many years. He later was involved with Chaparral Distribution and was of the Christian faith.
He is survived by wife, Dora Baca Hunter of the home; 3 sons, Chris Hunter of Tacoma, WA, Robin Hunter and wife Melinda of Sherman, TX, Ruben Hunter and wife Teresa of Howe, TX; daughter, Kim Hanna of Silver City; brother, Willard Hunter of Albuquerque; sister, Elaine Hunter of Tucson, AZ; 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters, Karen and Norma Hunter.
Serving as pallbearers will be Robin Hunter, Ruben Hunter, Chris Hunter, Justin Hunter, Bryan Valverde and Evan Valverde.

Dad,
You will be greatly missed. Thanks for being the way you were even though life has constantly tossed you around. I will always remember your loving ways, strong work ethics, integrity, your willingness to help others in need even if they were strangers, and the love you showed to me. I couldn't thank you enough nor are there enough words to express the way you meant the world to me. Goodbye for now. I will always love you.
