Greece - October 16, 2020. Jake is predeceased by his wife of 43 years, Jean L. (Pennello) Cocuzzi; sons, Franklyn & Thomas Cocuzzi. He is survived by his children, Gina (Vic) Lipani, Laurie Aubel & John Cocuzzi; daughter-in-law, Roxanne Cocuzzi; grandchildren, Anthony (Cheryl) Lipani, Michael (Yvonne) Lipani, Becky (Steve) Newton, Sara Aubel, Angela Market, Joanna (Kurt) Hammel, Franklyn (Melissa) Cocuzzi; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends. All services and entombment in Holy Sepulchre were privately attended by family. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Grande Ville Assisted Living, 555 Maiden lane, Rochester, NY 14616 in his memory.

Uncle Jake was loved and admired by his many friends and relatives. He was proud to be the head of the family once his siblings passed away, and was a great role model to us all. He handled hardship with courage, and enjoyed the good times with enthusiasm. He lived his life with dignity, and is in the fast lane to heaven.

I always smile when I think of Uncle Jake! He lived his life to the fullest - even golfing with my Dad every week when he was able.
