Barbara Allman Obituary
Williamson: Age 81, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2007, with her children at her side. Predeceased by her husband, Frederick, and brother John "Jack" Miles. She is survived by her children: Mary (Robert) Ange, Mark (Sue) Allman, Suzanne Allman, Fred (Linda) Allman, Eric (Nancy) Allman, Carol Allman (Michael Lynch), Heidi Allman, Gregory Allman and Kurt (Michele) Allman. Gramma "B" is also survived by her grandchildren: Michael, Brendon, Jeffrey, Marissa, Luke, Todd, Stephanie, Erin (Cade), Freddy, Rebecca, Danielle, Jamie, Devin, Benjamin, Lia, Alexandra, David, Ariana, Joseph, Connor and Annalise; great-grandchildren Tyler and Lucas; sisters Margaret Mooney and Geraldine Miles; nephews Tom (JoAnn) Mooney and Rob (Chris) Mooney, and sister-in-law MaryLou Miles, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Barbara's family wishes to sincerely thank her many caregivers from Kalil Services, Lifetime Care, and the wonderful staff at Blossom View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, from 4 - 8 p.m. at the NORTON FUNERAL HOME, 45 West Main Street, Sodus. A Catholic Mass will celebrate Barbara's life on Saturday, December 22nd, 11 a.m. at the Church of the Epiphany in Sodus. Donations in memory of Barbara may be directed to Lifetime Care, 1120 South Main Street, Newark, NY 14513, Martha Ministry c/o Church of the Epiphany, Sodus, NY 14551, or to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620.

My memories of your Mother and sister...Betty...are always ones filled with warmth and love. She was so good to visit with our parents in Wayland and never will I forget the first Gessner reunion held at your home. The fun, smiles and laughter are with me always. I am very sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. I had a lot of respect for her. She was a very strong lady and did a great job raising all of you. I know you will all miss her dearly but she is at peace now and her struggle is over. Remember all the good times we had growing up, camping at Jacques Cartier and RH Treman. Those are the memories I will always carry with me.
