Honeoye: Barbara P. Bott-Gessin, 80 years, passed away suddenly, November 26, 2012. She was predeceased by husband, Edwin Arthur Bott; sisters, Phyllis Page and Betty (Clayton) Hermann.
Barbara is survived by Leonard Gessin; children, Steven (LeAnn) Bott, Susan Bott, Linda (Timothy) Stehlik. Grandchildren, Patricia, Ashley, Colleen, Phillip, Amanda, Weston, Wendy, Lisa, Katrina (Joey Parkerson), and Deidra. Sister, Sherry (Bruce) Johnson. Many nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 1, 2012, 11 AM, at Honeoye United Church of Christ, 8758 Main Street, Honeoye. Friends may make memorial contributions to Honeoye United Church of Christ, PO Box 127, Honeoye, NY 14471. Arrangements entrusted to Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc, 8624 Main St. Honeoye, NY. We were so sorry to hear of Barb's passing. Please know how sorry we are that you too have lost your mother. It was not that long ago that we sat with Barb at Chris Hillegar's kitchen table. May God bless you, your family and the memories that Barb left with you and your family.

I am sorry to hear of Barbs passing . I played cards with her at Sandys ( my neighbors )I enjoyed the way she shuffled the cards she called it the Poormans Shuffle I will always remember that when I'm playing ! RIP Barb !
