Charles Bennett Obituary
Greece - Friday, January 15, 2021. Predeceased by his beloved wife Lorraine (Bruno) Bennett, with whom he shared 54 years of marriage; parents, Laurin & Hazel (Noble) Bennett; brothers, Richard and John Bennett; sister, Jane Lasher; his cherished feline companions, Christine & Charlene.
He is survived by his daughters, Alison Bennett and Terri Brill; several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Chuck proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a veteran of World War II. He was a previous member of the VFW Chili Memorial Post 412 and the American Legion Greece Post 468.
No prior calling. His Funeral Service will be held Thursday (Jan 21st) 10:00 at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Private Interment, Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the VFW (heroes.vfw.org) or The American Legion (legion.org).
