Penfield: November 28, 2011. Survived by son, Merrick James Coene; mother, Sherrie Curry (John Turano); father, Charlie (Karen) Coene; father, Steven (Janice) Ange; brothers, Brandon (Jessica), Cory and Chad Coene, Dan (Cassie) Curry, Steven Ange Jr., Jamie (Jessica) Learch, Anthony (Megan) Allocco-Angell; sisters, Ashley (Chad) Graves, Andrea Curry, Lauren Angell; grandparents, Shirley and Robert Crescent, and Beverley Bovee; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends may call Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road. Christopher's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 9:30 AM at Assumption Church, 20 East Ave., Fairport. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Merrick James Coene Educational Fund c/o Canandaigua National Bank, 1816 Penfield Road, Penfield 14526

I was pregnant with Adriane and watched Merrick grow up through pictures. I know Adriane will see to it that Merrick grows up knowing only the very best about her son's father and will protect Chris' legacy.

CHRIS, I can truly tell you have touched many peoples lives. I will never forget any of the memories we ever get to share together.I will always think of especially when I'm at Empire ...I remember always looking over and seeing you in the bike lane waiting to make your pass...I always got a head nod or a wave and even if there was time we shoot the breeze. I remembered how frustrated you were with that air shifter. I always watched your passes though...that is gonna be a tough part for me not seeing you there.
