Batavia: Age 31, suddenly June 22, Union Carpenter for Pike Structural. Beloved son of Alexander (Abbie) Campbell of Alexander; loving husband of Renee (Dills) of Batavia; devoted father of Harper, Camille & Harlan at home; dearest brother of Gregory, Michael (Eileen), Elizabeth (David) Bromsted, Lynn (Tyrone) Woods, Laura (Perez) Dinkins, Stephen (Kristie), Mary Kay (Patrick) Reeves, Sarah (Norm) Liss; son-in-law of Thomas (Michelle) Dills; brother-in-law of Rachelle (Rick) Heller along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation 4-8 PM June 25 and 3-8 PM June 26 at the Michael S. Tomaszewski Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 4120 W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY 14020. Join the family for funeral services 11 AM June 27 at the First Presbyterian Church, 300 E. Main St., Batavia with burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Memorials to his children, c/o M/M Thomas Dills, 5455 Jerico Rd. E. Bethany, NY 14054.

There are NO words to express the extreme sadness we feel for the entire Campbell family during this tragic and most difficult time. Our most sincere condolences are offered to Mike & Eileen Campbell and ALL those related to David. May your memories of him help ease your pain and guide you through this trying period. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family on this unforeseen tragedy. May the God of all comfort give you the strength you need and the hope of seeing your dear love one David again. He promises us in Hosea 13:14 "He will redeem them from the grave." Until then may the memories of David continue to live on.

I did not know David Campbell or his family, but I am so very sorry for this terrible tragedy, as I am sure so many are.
