Deborah Miner Obituary
Rochester - Deborah Maier Miner, 58, of Rochester, NY passed away April 29, 2021. Debbie was born in Rochester, NY in 1962 to parents Suzanne and Timothy I. Maier. She is predeceased by her father Timothy Maier and her brother Timothy R. Maier. She is survived by her two beloved children, Diana Miner and Alexander Miner, as well as by her mother Suzanne Maier, brother William Maier, and partner Randy Agness.
Debbie attended Cardinal Mooney High school and went on to study at St Bonaventure University, where she made many lifelong friends before graduating with a degree in journalism. She spent many years in Connecticut raising her children, Diana and Alex before moving back to Rochester in recent years. Debbie was an avid socialite and will be missed by many. She had an adventurous spirit, enjoyed life to the fullest, and was always excited to catch up with old friends no matter how much time had passed. Debbie was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, partner and friend and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
A funeral mass will be held Tuesday 10 AM at Holy Cross Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for a scholarship fund in Debbie's name at St. Bonaventure University.

Dear Deb,
You are always on my mind. You are missed as there are continuing reminders of friendship and your delightful smile that would light up every space and place you enter. You gathered friends with sincerity and your giving nature. You showed a love for your family that could only be considered as exception. My plan was to make you feel happy and secure that someone would be there for any reason and be secure I would be by your side.

Although I had lost touch with Debbie after high school it was so nice the see her again back in Rochester. Still so kind and energetic but also accomplished. To the Maier and Miner family I send my deepest condolences on your loss. I am certain that fond memories of her will live on in all who knew her. Peace to the family and close friends.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. So sorry Randy and to all of Deborah's family. Randy spoke the world of her. Please just know Deb's caring personality has touched many, especially has enriched my brother's life, our wish is that she rest in peace and wish there was more we could have done!! Love to all and may you hold her memories close, and Randy devoted so much care to your mother, please just know that!!! P rayers for strength, and GodBless Deb as she rest in peace
