Sandy took an early departure. He was a very fine young man. I am living with my wife and cat in Florida. Piano needs more attention. Hope you are well.

Sharon, so sorry to hear of George's passing. I just heard about it today. My thoughts of what a great person and always a good friend to me. I loved working with him for so many years through Hoseltons and myself. He was always there to help me with my plumbing problems and great conversation. He will greatly missed.
Sincerely,
Neil Vandenbout

Dear Sharon and family,
Our thoughts are with you. Sandy was so genuine and you always knew where he stood. Growing up down the street from him and then he married you, we had so many wonderful years together. I will never forget when you both came for dinner one night and i had a chinese screen in the dining room. He asked where i got it and i told him that i had it in my attic. His response "you should have left it there". Hilarious. So many good memories.
Love to all,
Carol and Jack

We began working closely with George about five years ago. We enjoyed working with him ... learning from him and listening to his stories. We have always considered him a friend as well as a co-worker on the Newcomb properties. We will miss him so very much! Our sympathies to the entire Sauer family. Kathy & Art

Mrs. Sauer,
We are so sorry for the loss of your wonderful husband. I will miss saying hello and seeing him working around the house and yard while waiting out front during Caroline's and Qi Qi's piano lessons.
Please accept our deepest sympathies. Our hearts go out to you and your family.
Love,

Sandy and I grew up together on Filbert St. We spent many years enjoying our youth and later shared many great times as adults hunting and fishing at the family cottage on Keuka Lake. I will always remember those great times and all tho we grew apart as we raised our families those memories remain. We also shared our love for plumbing and I often referred my plumbing customers to him when I could not get to them in a timely fashion. He holds a spot in my heart as good friend and often when my family gets together his name is mentioned often. Rest in peace 'Sandy' you will be missed by many many people.
