My deepest condolences. I first met him a few years ago at Pelican's Nest Restaurant. He said hello to me and I looked at him kind of puzzled because he looked so familiar to me. I asked him if we knew each other, and after chatting a while I mentioned Pavone's Market, he smiled and told me that his name was George Trott. You could've picked my jaw up off of the floor because he was the spitting image of his dad, Joe, who used to come into our store all the time. The resemblance was uncanny! From then on it was as if I'd known him all my life. Super nice guy. Summers at the Pelican's Nest won't be the same without seeing him there. God Bless your family during this time. He'll be missed.
