Isabelle Scalise Obituary
Greece: March 20, 2017. Predeceased by her parents, Nunzio & Elisa Sciscioli. She is survived by her sons, Stephen (Marianne) Scalise & Allen (Ellin) Scalise; grandchildren, Victoria, Madison, Abigail, Sarah, Garrett & Spencer Scalise; brother, Vito (Janet) Sciscioli; sisters, Diane (Sam) Dugan & Alice (Ron) Pratt; several nieces & nephews. Isabelle's visitation will be Friday, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her funeral mass will be celebrated, Saturday 11:15 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Ave. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Greece Performing Arts Society, PO Box 26643, Roch., NY 14626 in memory of Isabelle.

I was a student of your mother's at #7 school. She was a wonderful music teacher and was always smiling!!! Such wonderful memories, and I still can sing all the songs she taught us!!!!!
Our whole classs went to your parent's wedding and in later years I taught at # 34 school with your father as principal.

I was so sorry to read of Isabelle's passing in this morning's paper. She was a enthusiastic advocate for the arts - her management of musicians for the Greece Performing Arts Garden Tour was simply amazing. She was always cheerful and organized and enjoyed all the details of arranging performances. I am so glad I got to know her. She will be missed by many.

I was just talking about chorus at the school I work at ..there was a concert of band and songs .. how much I loved chorus all my school years .. she was a wonderful teacher .. very sad news

She was my teacher at #7 school and I thought she was beautiful! And a wonderful, caring teacher to a young, skinny girl. She will be remembered with great fondess. So sorry for the family's loss. Prayers..

I am very sorry to hear about Isabelles passing and am truly sorry for her family and friends. Isabelle was a treasured member of Greece Performing Arts Society and will be missed terribly. Her tireless efforts and careful selection of musical groups for the garden tour was unmatched!
