He will be remembered fondly by the Lavery Library staff. His generosity allowed us to purchase many art books and prints to allow future SJFC students to appreciate art in a variety of styles. Farewell, Father.

I was a student of Father Poupore at SJF in 1972 and still have class notes from his course in medieval history, as does my wife Annella who also remembers him fondly. One of his frequent admonitions to those who came to class unprepared was "I can't read the book for you." To this day I have been an avid reader and student of history. His memory lives strongly within me. Rest in peace,Father.
