Conjerti, Jacob Daniel
Rochester: Infant Jacob Daniel Conjerti, born December 27, 2007, passed away on January 1, 2008, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Beloved son of Philip and Erin (Lundin) Conjerti of Rochester. Cherished maternal grandson of Sue and Mick Graziano (Fredonia) and Jeff and Kim Lundin (Fredonia). Paternal grandson of Russell and Mary Conjerti (Spencerport).
A private graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 5 at 1:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to attend a service at Bethel Christian Fellowship, 321 East Avenue in Rochester at 2:00 PM with a reception immediately following.
Jacob blessed his family with his birth and brought joy to everyone during his brief life. A special thank you to the staff at Strong Memorial Hospital and Strong Memorial NICU for their compassionate care during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jacob's name to the NICU at Strong.

Jacob's arrival brought incomperable gifts to the heart. God's decision to bring him back home again brought an exponential expansion on those gifts. We do triumph from tragedy by learning lessons of the spirit that couldn't otherwise have emerged. We become better. We learn how to love just a little more. My genuine compassion and love to Erin, to Phil, to the family and friends, and in the most precious form----to baby Jacob.
