John P. Gordon

8/27/55 - 7/18/21

John suffered from Multiple Myeloma for the past 3 ½ years and additionally colon cancer for the past year and a half. He fought his hardest to stay with the family he loved.

He leaves behind his wife Jeannette Gordon, daughter McKayla (Bradley) LeFevre, son Anthony, mother Margaret Gordon, sister Joanne (F.A) Martin, nephew Alex (Melody) Martin, step-son Carlos Rolli, step- daughter Andrea (Paul) Cervantes and their children Stella, Roxie and Atticus.

John worked many years as a superintendent for LeChase Construction with his last assignment being at Bausch and Lomb. He had many great memories of his work days there, with a special place in his heart for the friends he made.

John had many adventures in his life with friends who always had stories to tell and laugh about. Some might remember him as "Chainlinnk" from his younger years. He had the biggest heart and a one of a kind type of humor. We will miss him forever.

A special thank you to the staff at Wilmont Cancer Center for their excellent care, UR Hospice team who were so supportive and the Isaiah House Comfort Care Home for making his last days comfortable, peaceful, and full of love.

Loved, loved, loved John! He and I connected at B&L and John was such a awesome man to work with. He always went out of his way to check in on me to make sure I was happy with all the construction going on around me. He was more than helpful to me on many occasions and he was so easy to talk to. My gosh how could you not come to know and love this big hearted, hard working, fun and most of all caring guy?? I know he will be missed by so many people because he was just such a great man! God takes the good ones youngMay you fly high John.
