Fairport: August 22, 2017 at the age of 90. A Memorial Mass will be held on September 9th at 10AM at St. John of Rochester Catholic Church, immediately followed by a celebration of Jack's life at Mr. Dominic's in Fairport. Please join us in a prayer and to raise a glass in Jack's memory.
