John Spagnola Obituary
Greece - Sunday, March 3, 2019 at age 71. Predeceased by his parents, John & Marjorie Spagnola; brother, David; sister, Jean Lucas. Survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Elaine (Barbato) Spagnola; devoted children, Jolene (Dan) Dettman, John (Kim) Spagnola; grandchildren, Joey & Alaina Dettman, Liana and John "Jack" Spagnola; siblings, Joseph (Raelene), Dolly (Peter) Iascone and Debbie (Dan) Zanni; sisters-in-law, Anna (Melnyk) Spagnola and Joanne Kramer; many nieces, nephews and cousins; loving family and dear friends.
John's visitation will be held Thursday, March 7th 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, March 8th 9:00 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3000 Dewey Avenue. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. I worked for John and his father in-law Joe back
in the mid 70's at Lyell Service Station . I couldn't have had two nicer gentlemen to work for. I miss them both but I have a lot of great memories of time I spent with them. Rest in peace John , you always will be remembered and loved .

John was a very special friend to our family.. He used to call my brother, Dan, Archie, just for fun. He was always kind and loving to our family. We will miss him. My heart is with you Elaine, Jolene, and John and their families..
