Jordan Leavitt Obituary
Webster: Lost his fight with the disease of addiction on Tues., June 13, 2017 at age 32. Predeceased by grandparents, Richard Keith, Helen & Bernie Leavitt. He leaves mother, Robyn Whittaker; father, Bernie (Ruby) Leavitt, Jr.; brother, Harrison; step-brother, Clay Young; grandmother, Shirley (Bill) Eannetta; aunts & uncles, Rebecca Keith, Kim (T.J.) Bentley, Christopher Keith, Renee Gigliotti & John (Esther) Leavitt; 3 cousins; many special friends; his adorable dog, Rambo.
Jordon will be remembered by his caring and friendly character and great sense of humor.
Friends are invited to his Memorial Service 2:00 PM Saturday, June 17th at Spiritus Christi Church, 121 Fitzhugh St. N, Rochester, NY 14614. Memorials to ROCovery Fitness, 1035 Dewey Ave., Rochester, NY 14613 or to Jennifer House c/o Spiritus Christi Church.

Hello, Robyn
I received this notice on the anniversary of Jordan's passing.... still so hard to believe such a beautiful soul is gone from us. You are in my thoughts.
I wanted to let you know that Melissa passed away on April 11th. She suffered two strokes within a week. Her medical issues could not be resolved. She was in hospice when she passed peacefully. I miss her terribly. She never came to terms with her daughter Jenny's passing in 2020. Now they are both at peace and together. Also, your Aunt Nancy passed away on the same day as Lisa.... within hours of each other. Unfortunately, our small family is getting smaller. Take care.

I was in group with Jordan. I cared about him a great deal. I just found out today. I will be coming to his birthday celebration. Robert gave me the info. We talked about his mom because I am her age and a mother myself. I want her to know how much you loved her and how you would say how much you appreciated her love. I want her to know that. My world is very quiet today. Shattered.....

I am so saddened by the loss of Jordan. Words cannot express the deep emotion felt for both Jordan and the family he leaves behind. God must have had a greater plan for Jordan that will never be understood until the day he is reunited with those who loved and cared for him the most. Deepest sympathy and prayers. May you find peace in the memories that you cherish most. Jordan will always be with you.

I am so sorry, I lost my one and only daughter, Tiffany, on Dec 15, 2016 due to a heroin overdose. She was 34. I have somethings I'd like to share with mom and dad when you're up to it. Thinking of all of you close to Jordan. I did not know Jordan or any of you. I am the mother of an addict in recovery. I pray everyday for every addict and every parent. Lay down and rest young man, peace is with you now. Be that guiding light to all that suffer from addiction.

Robyn, I am so saddened to hear of Jordan's passing. I think of him from time to time, and tell people the stories of when I use to watch him after school. I was suppose to be watching Harrison, but Jordan was always a handful. He was so funny and charismatic.

I don't know you or your son, but I am so very sorry for your loss. My cousin's son lost his battle to addiction 2 yrs ago. I also have friend's whose children are struggling with this disease. Please accept my condolences.

My deepest condolences to all that loved Jordan. I just need to tell all that loved him some of the ways why he was such an awesome friend,brother, son & person, and I know he was cared about by so many.
He was so special to me in so many ways! He used to comfort me when I was in a bad relatinship. He's the type of person who would give you the shirt off his back, pants off his legs, shoes off his feet, money out of his wallet, a ride anywhere anytime, and so much more! He was always there when I needed him, a ride at 4 am for something I didn't do, to help me grieve the loss of a friend and grandparent. Not once in our 8 yr. Friendship did I ever hear him yell. He was so patient, easy going, and understanding. We really had fun being wedding buddies once for his friends and then for my cousins. All he's done for me will never be forgotten! I'm so glad he got me into the Jordan brand because at least I have that to always remember him by. Every time I see the jumpman logo I'll think of him. Every time I see a chi-weenie I'll think of Rambo which will remind me of him. I'm going to get the Jordan jumpman tattooed on me, black and red his favorite colors so he'll always be a part of me. Words can not express the break in my heart for him right now. I lost a really great friend way too soon! My deepest condolences to all his friends & family, especially your mom and Harrison, I know you were close because he told me all the time how cool his mom and brother are n that they meant the world to him! Im so glad he spent those nights with me all those times I really needed him, I just really wish I could've done the same in return, I always thought his parents did an awesome job raising him! he's always in mine and all our hearts, taken way too early but NEVER forgotten!! I love him and I know someday he'll be waiting for us up there. No more suffering, no more pain, Jordan has angel wings now and can fly high with that awesome smile! Rest In Paradise, Your smile lightens heaven up now.
