Joseph Cavallaro Obituary
Greece - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, May 9, 2019. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Vincenzina Cavallaro and in-laws, Louis and Madeline DiGirolamo. Survived by his loving wife, LuAnn Cavallaro (DiGirolamo); daughters, Patricia (Dan Caldarelli) and Denice Godfrey; grandchildren, Stephanie Cavallaro, Drewann Emma and Alexandria Godfrey; brother-in-law, Tom (Marcy) DiGirolamo; nephews, Alec and Marc DiGirolamo; best friends, Lou and Louie Gangi and John Samperi; several cousins, relatives and friends.
A special thank you to the Doctors and Nurses in the Strong Memorial Hospital system. Joe was the Treasurer for the City of Rochester, and the Rochester and Monroe County Federal Credit Union. He was also a board member for the IACC. Joe was an avid hunter, fisherman and woodworker. He will be sorely missed.
No prior calling. Friends may attend his Funeral Mass 9:30 Monday at Holy Cross Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
