Lydia Hampton Obituary
Brockport: September 7, 2015 surrounded by her loving family peacefully passed at home under the graceful hand of God. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, John; children, Perry (Elizabeth), Mark (Toni), Andria (Nick) White; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Friday 5-8 at the funeral home, 777 Long Pond Road (between English & Latta). Funeral Mass, 10:00 Saturday at Church of Nativity. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Nativity Religious Education Program, 152 Main St., Brockport, NY 14420.

I am so sorry to read of Lydia's passing. I met her in 1987 when I went to work for Sporting Dog Specialties. She was a wonderful lady. God bless you at this sad time.

She was the sweetest, kindest, & most loving woman I have ever met. I am honored to have known her and I'm so sorry for you loss. She will be missed in our hearts, but at peace now, and out of pain.

John and Family - My deepest condolences to you all with the passing of sweet Lydia. Some of my most favorite working moments were shared with her at Sporting Dogs and then meeting for meals - I am so, so sorry to hear of her passing.

John,Perry,Mark,Andria and family, we are so sorry to hear about Lydia. Growing up next to the Hamptons was fantastic! We have such wonderful memories of the moms locking us out of the house so they could have their coffee and smokes! And them working at gitsis party house together. I will always remember her beautiful hair And how much she loved her kids!

Uncle John and family, I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Lydia. I wish we had gotten together more often. I have always thought a lot of you.
It's a blessing that she is no longer in pain. Rest in peace Aunt Lydia. May God bless and comfort all of you during this time. I love you.
