Michael Solazzo Obituary
Pittsford - February 24, 2019. Predeceased by his daughter, Catherine Solazzo, Michael is survived by wife, Genevieve, his children, Anthony (Melinda), Molly Solazzo, Susan (Rory) Job, David (Torre) Solazzo; grandchildren, Nicole, Michael, Olivia, Kate, David, and Evelyn; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Thursday, February 28, from 4-7 PM at the funeral chapel (2305 Monroe Ave.). A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, March 2, at 11AM at St. Louis Church, 64 South Main St., Pittsford. Contributions in his memory may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen, 500 Penn Ave., Scranton, PA, 18503 or www.stfranciskitchen.org. So many nice memories growing up.
As teenagers, sitting around the kitchen table with my brothers, Tony and Mr. Solazzo, talking about a bunch of different things, lots of laughter !!
I'm so sorry for your loss.

Growing up next door to the Solazzo clan, traveling cross country with future Dr. Tony at age 18, getting solid career advice from fellow IBMer MPS, always kind words and encouragement to play the piano from Mrs. Solazzo, hanging with Susan (then) and Molly (now) on the West Coast and huge props to DJ's culinary accomplishments in New Orleans.
Kathy was taken was too soon, but your dad has joined her on the other side in the comforting arms of Jesus Christ.
