Raymond Philipson Obituary
Livonia - Peacefully at his home on March 12, 2019 at age 77. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Julia (Ryan) Philipson. Survived by his wife of 53 years Edyth "Edie" (Costello) Philipson and children; Scot Philipson of Livonia, Diane (Scott) Ackerman of Livonia, and John (Jen) Philipson of CO; grandchildren, Jack and Max Ackerman. Also survived by his sister-in-law Helen (David) Miller; nephew Bryan (June) Miller, niece Donna (Les) Barstow, and many dear friends.
Friends may call (TODAY) Thursday, March 14th, from 4-7pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Livonia, NY. Ray's Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 15th, 10:30am at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 6591 Richmond Mills Road, Rte 20A, Livonia, NY. Burial will be held privately at St. Michael's Cemetery, Livonia, NY with military honors. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Ray's memory to Operation Build Up, 5652 Tec Drive, Avon, NY 14414 or Catholic Charities of Livingston County, 34 E. State Street, Mt.
